Operational layers come from the NOAA Aviation Weather Center Data API. Near live infrared cloud imagery combines NASA GIBS GOES East, GOES West, and Himawari coverage with EUMETSAT Meteosat imagery for Europe, Africa, and the Indian Ocean. The basemap uses OpenStreetMap and CARTO. CheckFlightComfort.com does not fabricate a continuous GTG field when processed numerical grid data is unavailable.
