Flight searches
Airport selections, approximate departure time, and optional flight number are sent to CheckFlightComfort.com so it can request current aviation weather information. Airport identifiers may be sent to the NOAA Aviation Weather Center. Do not enter personal information into these fields.
Flight reminder emails
If you request a reminder, CheckFlightComfort.com stores your email address, selected route, entered departure date and time, consent time, and delivery status so it can send that one flight reminder. The email is sent through our email delivery provider and includes a cancellation link. Requesting one flight reminder does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Reminder records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to schedule delivery, prevent duplicate or abusive requests, and troubleshoot delivery. Use the cancellation link in the confirmation or reminder email to stop that reminder and remove it from the active delivery queue.
Forecast feedback
If you answer the optional questions beneath a forecast, CheckFlightComfort.com stores your route, forecast score, selected answers, and any short comment you choose to provide. Feedback does not require an account or email address. Please do not include personal, medical, or identifying information in comments.
Contact messages
If you use the contact form, CheckFlightComfort.com stores the selected topic, your message, the optional page address, and any optional name or email address you provide. This information is used to review the question, correction, data issue, privacy request, or partnership inquiry. Providing an email address does not subscribe you to marketing.
Contact messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed for review, corrections, security, record keeping, and any requested response. Do not submit booking references, medical information, or other sensitive personal information.
Advertising
CheckFlightComfort.com may display clearly labeled advertising. If an advertising service is connected, that provider may use cookies or similar technologies subject to its own policies and applicable consent requirements.
Google Analytics helps measure page use and feature interactions. Google AdSense may provide advertising and consent choices. Resend delivers requested flight reminder emails. Amazon receives information when a visitor chooses an affiliate link. NOAA Aviation Weather Center and OurAirports provide aviation weather and airport data rather than advertising profiles.
Your choices
You may decline optional cookies through the privacy message shown where required, avoid affiliate links, skip the anonymous feedback form, or cancel a flight reminder from its email. Browser settings and supported privacy controls can also limit cookies. Because forecast feedback is intentionally anonymous, it may not be possible to connect a stored answer to a particular person.
Data security and transfers
Reasonable technical safeguards are used to limit access to stored reminder and feedback records. Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate, subject to their terms and applicable law. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
